Jonathan Carrigan established and leads MLSE’s Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence, which includes analytics, Database marketing and digital. In this role he works with senior leadership to apply data analytics across the business, and develop omni-channel strategies for data acquisition, fan engagement and monetization. Prior to joining MLSE Jonathan lead Digital Product Development and Design at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), where he operated at a national level in support of strategic planning across business lines, including News, Sports, TV and Radio. Jonathan is also active in academia developing curriculum, lecturing and online tutoring. He currently teaches Digital Leadership & Performance at the University of British Columbia, which he helped develop as part of UBC’s Digital Strategy certificate program. Jonathan has an MBA specializing in technology management, and he speaks regularly at industry events and conferences in Canada and the US.
